He is survived by: his wife MaryAnn; his sons, Jeff and Doug Hayes (Jessica); his grandchildren, Travis and Angela; his great grandchildren, Remi, Eva and Ellie; his siblings, Ken (Sue), Ruth, Linda and Sue; and his close friends, Pete, Dave, Randy and Justin.
