She was predeceased by: her parents, George Andrew Anderson and Edith Terry Anderson; her husband Nelson Warren Spaulding; and her sons, Mark Allen Spaulding and Robert James Chester, Jr..

She is survived by: her children, Frank Micari (Ruth), David Spaulding (Rachel) and Nancy Lynne Spaulding; her sister Katherine Lewis; her grandchildren, Kristine Gaskins (Jimmy), Jordan M. D. Slocum, Joel N. D. Slocum, Nolan Spaulding and Miranda Spaulding; her great grandchildren, Katelyn and Karissa Donohue; and her daughter-in-law Sandy Chester.
