He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Nicholas and Bertha Florentine Nicholas; his former wife Karen Zack Nicholas; his brothers, Gary Nicholas and Tim Nicholas; and his nephew Gary Nicholas.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Nicholas; his mother-in-law Arlene Berardi; his brother Albert Nicholas (Angela) of Saluda, SC; his sister-in-law Jean Nicholas of Tucson; his stepchildren, Amy Paske (Marie), Charlene Dodd (Jenn) and Gregory Dodd (Kimberly); his stepgrandchildren, Alex, Annabelle Dodd, Amelia and John Paske; his nephews, Mike Nicholas, Brian Coladonato of Cleveland, Rocco and Tony Nicholas of Tucson; and his great-niece Alyssa Nicholas.
