She is survived by: her husband Chuck; her children, Patricia Ilse (Barry), Charles (Sandy McCarthy), Gary Lombardo (Debra) and Mark (Cami); her grandchildren, Jennifer, Jeremy, Cassie, Shawn, Zack, Chris, Alana, Brody and Amber; and her siblings-in-law, Angelo, Michael, Samuel, MaryLou Schriver, Caroline, Connie, Pauline and Mary. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Ann's name to Mercy House in Endicott.
