Phelan (Congers, New York), born in Ridgefield, Connecticut, who passed away on February 14, 2019, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Karen Phelan (Ettinger); his sons, Ken (Carol Roeser) of Warwick, NY, David (Donna Kirkup) of Hyde Park, NY, Douglas (Eileen Tiernan) of New City, NY and Michael (Julie Caracciolo) of Pearl River, NY; his grandchildren, Joyce, Elizabeth, Abigail, Alexandra, Charles, Olivia, Kelly and Michael; his friend Charles; and his sister Karen. He was also cherished by his four sons.
