He is survived by: his wife Tara Smith; his daughters, Amanda Smith and Sally Fijor; his siblings, Alfred, Thomas (Norma) and Marie; his nephew TJ; his niece Madison; and his grandchildren, Cameron, Arianna, Jayden, Eliyanah and Antonio. He is also survived by his family, friends.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Michael J Higgins Funeral Home (113 Lake Rd, Congers, NY 10920).
