He is survived by: his parents, Michael Murphy and Mary Murphy of Co; his wife Collette; his children, Michael (Maureen Murphy), Dianne (George Stokes), Eileen (Scott Sullivan), Colleen (Paul Kearns), Collette (Stephen Couper) and Kathryn (Michael O'Donnell); his grandchildren, Kevin, Kieran, Kaelyn Stokes, Michael, Courtney Murphy, Deaglan, Ronan, Maeve O'Donnell, Aedan, Mairead Kearns, James, Andrew Sullivan, Colin and Evelyn Couper; and his brothers, John, Charles and Jeremiah. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
