She was predeceased by: her husband James Mutinsky (Jimmy); and her brother Charles. She is survived by: her children, Michele (Cindy), Danny (Kim) and John (Barbara); and her grandchildren, John Anthony, Christopher and Jamie.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society or the Congers Fire Dept Ladies Auxiliary.
