He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ada Sclafani and Salvatore Sclafani; his wife Petrina Sclafani (Pat); his sister Rosemary Brunjes; his children, Susan Kaercher (Tom), Carol Neffenger and James Sclafani (Julie); his grandchildren, Kimberly Techentin (Chris), Thomas Kaercher (Kelsey), Dylan, Gabrielle Neffenger (Claudio Andreu), Chase, Lancelot, Hunter Neffenger, James, Patrick and Joseph Sclafani; and his great grandchild Addison Kaercher. He was also cherished by loving sister-in-laws, brother-in-law, many nieces, nephews and life long friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Jim's memory can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
