It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsa Gass (Congers, New York), who passed away on March 29, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Anna Fersch and Johann Fersch; her children, Anna Moore of Congers, John Gass (Kathy) of Highland Falls and Elsa Ungar of Nanuet; her grandchildren, Franz Moore (Lori), Angela Gerbsman (Jason), Johann Gass (Randi) and Stephen Gass; her great grandchild John Jr.; her husband Franz; her sister Marie Mack; and her granddaughter Anissa Moore Turnick.
