He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan E. N. and Melinda S. Miller (Miller); his granddaughter Elmina; and his siblings, Urie and Eli Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Naomi C. Miller (Kauffman); his children, Melinda, Twins, Anna, Fannie, Ella, Esther, Sarah, Lydia, Rebecca, Amanda, Johnnie, Melvin, Enos, Andy, Neil, Sam Jr. and Daniel; and his siblings, Lizzie Ann, Esther, Nancy, Katie, Mary, Melinda, Andy, John and Danny. He is also survived by 103 grandchildren, 24 great grandchildren.
