He was predeceased by: his father Theodore D. "Ted" Wallace Sr.; and his siblings, Theodore D. "Ted" Wallace Jr., Donna Wolfe and Karen Sorensen. He is survived by: his mother Catherine Stephens Williams; his wife Doreen S. Kusek Wallace; his daughter Heather Tatchell; his granddaughter Zaria Tatchell; his stepsons, Brian Fortuna and Kevin Fortuna; his stepparents, Paul Williams of Ellington and Mary Wallace of Falconer; and his siblings, Steven Wallace (Bonnita) of Kennedy, Roy Boutelle (Emma) of Kennedy, Paul Williams (Anshi) of Conewango, Paula Wallace of Falconer and Cathy Beightol (Brett) of Kennedy. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
