She was predeceased by: her parents, Bert E. Arrance and Doris V. Arrance (Blood); her husband Keith W. Chadwick; her grandchildren, Narelle Flagg and Brandon Cohen; and her siblings, Lila Smith, Caroline Wallace, Bert "Sonny" Arrance and Danny Arrance.
She is survived by: her children, Monte "Bud" Flagg (Phyllis) of Glenn Allen, Darcie Uhl (Peter) of Memphis, NY., Janeen Cohen (Mark) of Amherst, NY and Chris Flagg (Aubrey) of Mt. Alton, PA; her stepchildren, Christina King of Alexander, NY and Kevin Chadwick of Silver Creek; and her siblings, Douglas Arrance (Donna) of Hopewell and Grace Hanson of Jamestown. She is also survived by 25 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
