He was predeceased by: his father Alfred Kickbush Jr.. He is survived by: his mother Martha E. Kickbush Jr. (Mason); his wife Vicki Ortel Kickbush; his children, Alyse Kisckbush (Justyn Lyde) of Eden and Alexander Kickbush (Allison Lowery) of Frewsburg; his grandchildren, Mason, Myles Kickbush and Emery Lyde; his brothers, Douglas Kickbush (Susan) of Port Charlotte, FL and Todd Kickbush (Susan) of Gowanda; and also Vivienne Lyde.
