He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Lee and Edith Chapman (Harrison); his wife Dorothy B. Chadwick Chapman; his siblings, Edgar Chapman and Gladys Cora Bailey; and his daughters-in-law, Louisa Chapman and Cindy Chapman.
He is survived by: his sons, Dennis L. Chapman (Brian) of Red Creek, NY, Douglas J. Chapman (Beverly) of Oriental, NC and David J. Chapman of Randolph. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
