It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Chad R. Curtis (Conesus, New York), born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on August 5, 2019, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Warren Curtis and Carol Curtis (Mancuso); and his sister Sabrina Curtis. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
