Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Branch Funeral Home of Commack (2115 Jericho Turnpike, Commack, NY 11725). A Mass will be held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph RCC Kings Park (59 Church St, Kings Park, NY 11754).
In lieu of flowers, his wife Cynthia is asking that a donation be made to Jacque Jr's college fund.
