He was predeceased by: his parents, Domenico Lombardi and Gaetana Lombardi; and his sisters, Minnie and Carol. He is survived by: his children, David Lombardi (Maria), Matthew Lombardi (Brenda) and Judith Daniels (Andrew); his granddaughter Gabrielle Wilson (James); his great grandchild Rylee; and his grandchildren, Kristen Lombardi, Matthew, Joseph, Dominick, Peter Lombardi, Brianna and Taylor Daniels.

A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ the King Church (2 Indian Head Rd, Commack, NY 11725). A burial will be held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at the Washington Memorial Park (855 Canal Rd, Mt Sinai, NY 11766).
