He is survived by: his grandchildren, Juliana O'Brien and Michael O'Brien; his children, Greg Club, Robilee Smith of Shelburne, VT and Greg Smith (Cyndi Grover) of Raleigh, NC.; and also, Game Club, Kevin of Shelburne, VT, Juliana of Shelburne, VT and Michael O'Brien of Shelburne, VT. He is also survived by several brothers & sisters-in-law and one niece.
