We are sad to announce that on January 31, 2023, at the age of 60, Penny M. LaValley of Colton, New York, born in Canton, New York passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Penny M. LaValley to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her siblings, Gordon and Patricia Stone; and her parents, Millard Stone and Theresa Locke. She is survived by: her husband Randy LaValley; her children, Dustin LaValley (Kiona), Sarah Hartmans and Taylor LaValley; her siblings, James Stone (Holly), Kenneth Stone (Sherry), William Stone, Lisa Oakes (Tom), Brenda Casey and Tammy Beaudin (Scott); and her grandson Dirck Hartmans IV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Contributions in Penny's memory can be made to the Potsdam Humane Society or to the North Country Children's Museum.
