She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward R. Dott and Charlotte Dott; her husband Joseph C. Birdsall; and her siblings, Madelyn Sweeney, Edward J. Dott, Thomas Dott, Frances Peterson, Lois Prusinski, Ralph Dott and Paul Dott (Mickey).
She is survived by: her children, Clinton Birdsall (Alicia) of Clermont, FL, Joanne Shear (Thomas) of Colonie, NY. and Kathleen Ravida (Joseph) of Colonie, NY.; her grandchildren, CJ Birdsall, Nicole Niles, Tracy Peat, Jacklyn Ravida, Christopher Ravida and David Ravida; her stepgrandson Ryan Mickel; her great grandchildren, Alexa Peat, Liliana and Corbin Niles; her stepgrandson Axl Mickel; and her siblings, Emily Dott of Dania, FL and Leo Dott (Nancy) of Colonie. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
