He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Weller and Samuel Martino Sr.; and his siblings, Helen Hand, Joseph, Thomas and James Martino.

He is survived by: his children, Kristine Martino of Colonie and Steven Martino (Nicole) of Delmar; his brother Paul Martino (Ginny) of Colonie; and his grandson Liam. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
