He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Magiera and Lovita Magiera; and his brother George. He is survived by: his wife Anne Viger Magiera; his daughters, Sherry Kirk (Rich) and Stacie Jones (Mike); his grandchildren, Mariah Kirk, Destiny Kirk and Peyton Jones; and his siblings, Fulton, Walter, Robert, Alex Magiera, Margaret and Benjamin Magiera Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
