He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen A; and his brothers, Patrick W. Follett and Timothy S Follett. He is survived by: his daughter Linda C. Deitz; his sister Barbara Dukett; and his grandchildren, Dakota Lynn Deitz and Aiden C. Deitz.
