He was predeceased by: his parents, Ferdinando Forni and Adeline Forni. He is survived by: his wife Diana L. Forni; his sons, Douglas P. Forni, Gary R. Zirpoli (Michelle) and Jason M. Zirpoli; and his granddaughter Adelaide F. Zirpoli.
