He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold C. Shannon and Jean Shannon (Spenziero); his son Zachary Steven; and his pet Jasmine. He is survived by: his children, Michael Shannon II and Stephanie Shannon (Chris Harbert) of Carlisle, PA.; his grandchildren, Brinn Leigh Grace and Lenna Shay Lynn Harbert; his sisters, Michelle Gava (Joe), Kathleen Lyons (Jim), Cynthia and Allison Shannon; and his former wife Debra Shannon (Kenneth Pinkowski). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
