He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frederick Decker and Claire Decker (Romaine); his grandparents, Jean "Honey" and Frederick Decker; his wife Norma Keech Decker; his daughters, Jennifer, Jessica, Megan and Theresa Decker; his siblings, Mark Decker, Frederick Decker Jr., Peggy Carston and Sharon Shatraw (Bill); and his pet Beau.
