He is survived by: his father John D. VanDermark (Jack); his stepmother Rhea VanDermark; his mother Patricia Hitchcock; his stepfather Walter Hitchcock (Walt); and his brothers, John VanDermark (Finn), Brian VanDermark, Joshua Temblador (Honeylee) and Michael Temblador (Priscyla). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
