He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Kopach and Genevieve Kopach; and his brothers, Michael and Andrew Kopach. He is survived by: his wife Doris Kopach (Purzycki); his sons, Kevin J. Kopach, Jr. (Jill Hoffay) and John K. Kopach; his grandchildren, Oliver and Julianne Kopach; his siblings, Patrick (Donna), William, Philip (Mary Rose), Christopher (Rosalyn), Stephen (Joy Pasquariello), Matthew (Patti), Catherine Nicchi (Tom) and James Kopach (late Michelle); his siblings-in-law, Maureen Kopach, Michael (Irene), Richard (Teri), Robert (Penni), Stanley (Lori Cranker) and Helen MacDuff (Michael); his stepgrandchildren, Jordan and Jenna Hoffay; and his pet Tucker. He is also survived by many niece & nephews.
