With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John R. Oddy of Colonie, New York, born in Albany, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. John left this world on September 24, 2024 at the age of 77, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Joseph Oddy, Mary Donato, Beverly Sprague and Helen Donato; and his parents, Kenneth Oddy and Evelyn Brown Oddy.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Fulton Oddy; his children, Heather Kittle and Jedidiah Oddy (Amanda); his granddaughter Emma Kittle; his cousin Judy Doggett; his siblings, Catherine Ferguson, Kenneth Oddy (Peg), Robert Oddy (Peachy), Elizabeth Kenneally and Sueanne Robertson; and his nephews, Ian Robertson (Christine) and Mike Oddy (Judy).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 19th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Colonie Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses (6167 Depot Rd, Altamont, NY 12009).
