She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Welch and Mary Welch. She is survived by: her husband Edward M. Mooney; her children, Brian Mooney (Michelle) of Colonie and Erin Ruecker (Tyson) of Voorheesville; her sister Geraldine Koch (George); and her pet Riley.
