He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Maples and Dorothy Maples of Colonie, NY. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean; his children, Cindy Maples (Greg) and Michael Urbanski (Victoria); his grandchildren, Kenneth, Joshua, Katie Allen and Karissa Urbanski; and his brother James Maples (June). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
