She is survived by: her daughters, Catherine E. McCarthy of Virginia Beach, VA, Denise M. Safranec (Joel Obuchowski) of Loudonville and Margaret Ann "Peggy" McCarthy-Hughes of Fredericksburg, VA; her grandchildren, Adam, Amy Safranec, Rachel E. Safranec, Dennis, Rebecca Hughes, Jay Hughes and Jeannette Ashley Schofield; her great grandchildren, Caleb and Logan Hughes; and her sister-in-law Madeline Kilcullen of Watervliet. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
