Netzer (Colonie, New York), born in Albany, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 10, 2024 at the age of 72. As James departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though James may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy James leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Netzer and Mary Margaret Netzer (Krug); and his siblings, Butch and Margaret. He is survived by: his daughter Kimberly Lauster (Kevin); his grandchildren, Cheyanne, Jason Jr. and Mykenzie; his close friend Alycia Harrison; and his sister Barbara.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (343 New Karner Rd, Colonie, NY 12205). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at the Our Lady of Angels Cemetery (1389 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205).
