He was predeceased by: his parents, James Halterman and Helen Halterman; and his daughter Linda Benoit. He is survived by: his wife Irene S. Halterman; and his children, Brenda Warner Turner (Allen), Herbert Halterman (Patricia), Michael Halterman (Michele) and Shelly Frye (Joseph Soto). He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cannon Funeral Home (2020 Central Ave, Albany, NY 12205). A prayer was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
