It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Haigoohi Smith (Colonie, New York), born in Troy, New York, who passed away on April 10, 2020, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Sarkis Mahigian and Ossanna Ganimian Mahigian; and her brother Levon Mahigian (Leo). She is survived by: her children, Stuart Smith (Josephine) and Shelley Martin (Will); her grandchildren, Gavriel Smith (Shimrit), Naftali Smith (Michal), Rafael Smith, Benjamin Martin (Michelle), Christopher Martin (Sarah), Daniel Martin (Cecilia Iglesias), Ryan Martin (Rebecca) and Renee Martin (Daniel McKenna); and her brother Haig S. Mahigian. She is also survived by one niece and 3 nephews.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the service will be private for immediate family.
