Frank D'Agostino Obituary

We are sad to announce that on November 30, 2020, at the age of 71, Frank D'Agostino of Colonie, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Estelle D'Agostino (Kushman) and Frank P. D'Agostino; and his son David M. D'Agostino. He is survived by: his wife Patricia D'Agostino (Bailey); his children, Kevin Bailey (Kerri Rogers) and Bridget Van Zutphen (Matthew Bishop); his grandchildren, Jonah, Stella, Finnigan, Mabel and Quintin; and his sisters, Rosemary Bamford (Mark) and Carol Lovely (John).

Please note that facial covering, social distancing and funeral home occupancy limitations in the funeral home are required.
