She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Kiffen and Eleanor T. Rafferty (Sweeney); and her brother Michael Rafferty. She is survived by: her children, Heather Meachem (Jim), Debbie Hart, Shawn Stiffler (Keith) and Sandi Law (John); and her siblings, Mary Ryan, Arthur Rafferty (Lorie), Kathleen Ashline, Brian Rafferty (Kathleen), Tracy Hanley and Marcia Barbagallo. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
