With profound sadness, we say goodbye to David J. Mongeon of Colonie, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Mongeon and Lucille Mongeon; his sisters, Ann "Buttons" Paradis and Christine Cachaza; his parents-in-law, George and Doris Mead; and his brother-in-law George E. Mead.
He is survived by: his children, Sabrina, Salem, Sassy and Sammy; his wife Barbara Mead Mongeon; his brothers, John Mongeon (Ann) and Scott Mongeon; his siblings-in-law, David Mead (Debbie) and Ila Oby Mead; and his nieces and nephews, Eric Cachaza, Shane Mongeon, Marie Mongeon, Nicole Mongeon, Chad Mead, Justin Mead and Matthew Mead.
Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the New Comer Cremations & Funerals (343 New Karner Rd, Colonie, NY 12205). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 24th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
