He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas Mealo and Grace Mealo; his wife Gloria; and his sister Mary Balog. He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Mealo and Linda MacHaffie (Jack); his granddaughters, Amy Garavelli (John) and Lori Barrett (Scott); his great grandchildren, Aiden, John Garavelli and Harley Barrett; and his sibling Thomas Mealo.
