He was predeceased by: his father Joseph C. Mayfield. He is survived by: his mother Mary Mayfield Ford; his wife Marie Bemis Mayfield; his children, Gina Dixon (Lovell), Anthony Rivera and Alberto Rivera; his stepchildren, Dominick Romano, Nicole Gendron (Wayne) and Sarah Romano; and his brother Garrett Mayfield. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
