He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Byron J. Williams Sr. and Ruth Williams; his wife Bertha Albright (Bert) of Ravena; his daughters, Lynda Kaprielian (Aram) and Laura Phelps (Thomas); and his siblings, Roger Williams, MaryLee Garrett and Carolyn Penwell. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
