He was predeceased by: his father William C. Peirce. He is survived by: his mother Donna Peirce (Lawrence Palcic) of Colonie; his children, Madelyn Peirce of San Diego, CA and Troy Peirce of Palmdale, CA; and his siblings, Tammy Peirce of Colonie and William Peirce (Kristina) of Queensbury. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
