He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Walter Vonk and Minnie Vonk of Albany, NY.; and his sons, Jeffrey (Mary Anne), Stephen (Dorothy) and Richard Vonk (Kathleen). He was also cherished by nine grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
