He was predeceased by: his parents, William D. Garrison and Florence M. Garrison Sr. (Conaway); his parents-in-law, Robert D. Leitch Jr. and Laura L. Leitch Risti; and his brothers, William Garrison Jr. (Pamela) and Kenneth Garrison (Diane).
He is survived by: his wife Laura R. Garrison (Leitch); his sister Dona Terpening (Paul); and his siblings-in-law, John Leitch (Kimberly), Lynn Weaver (Donald), Robert Leitch (Sheridawn) and Leann Bond (Josh). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
