Elizabeth S. Balcom Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elizabeth S. Balcom in Colonial Park, New York, who passed away on March 19, 2025 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Elizabeth is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Elizabeth's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Smaldon and Theresa Smaldon (Pupa); her husband Lloyd Balcom; and her children, Frank Balcom and Theresa Balcom.
She is survived by: her daughter Carole Herrala (Matthew) of Camden; and her grandsons, Andrew (Tasha) and Jonathon. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Nunn and Harper Funeral Home Inc. - Camden (9464 NY-13, Camden, NY 13316). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
