He is survived by: his parents, Donna Blemaster of Collins and Paul Sternisha Sr.; his mother-in-law Suzanne Shamblen; his daughters, Maddie, Courtney Sternisha of Collins and Madison Sternisha of Collins; and his half-brother Andrew. He is also survived by his loving wife and parents.
