She was predeceased by: her parents, David S. Reid and Jessie M. Reid; her son Norman D. Vance; and her siblings, Phyllis, John, William, David and Walter Reid.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Mohawk (Elwood), Amy Vance (Kim Lewis), William and Daniel Vance (Gina); her foster son William Young; and her grandchildren, Jason Young (Megan), Jessica Rauth (Louis), Bradley (Heather), Andrew Mohawk, Charles Vance and Emmalie Lynch (Joseph). She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
