He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Hager and Lillian S. Hager (Eliason). He is survived by: his wife Ruth Hager (Waterman); his children, Ronald Tadt, Jr. (Cindy) of Lenox, GA, Jason Tadt (Shannon) of Collins, Matthew Tadt (Stephanie) of Collins and Lindsey Hager (Charles Shantler) of Collins; and his sister Joan Duffey (Thomas) of Gowanda. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, one great-grandchild, many nieces & nephews, brothers & sister in laws, and friends.
