It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jack Lewin (Cold Spring Harbor, New York), who passed away on September 12, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Maureen; his children, Allison, Pamela, John (Heather) and Mark (Marcy); and his grandchildren, Jake, Reggie and Rya.
